Delivery Time and Guarantee:

Generally, the delivery time begins from 7-9 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

If the courier was unable to trace your shipment but estimated a date of delivery then we could ensure that delivery or even a full refund .

How shipments are handled:

Our warehouses are located internationally.

FedEx and DHL expedited shipping services are used to ship every order.

 Yes, you can track where your parcel is from our warehouse to your doorstep.

If you will be out when the delivery arrives, make a note for the delivery guy to leave the package with a neighbor. If no one is available to sign on your behalf, then the delivery guy will leave a door tag with the shipment number and contact information.

We do not deliver to post office boxes.

Order Confirmation and Notifications:

Of course, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your detailed invoice.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, that probably means your order did not take place and, therefore cannot be carried out.

In case of the delayed shipment of your order, we would send the tracking number of the courier to help you monitor the status of the shipment.
