We are committed to providing our customers with the trendiest, most innovative, and high-quality products. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, does not fit properly, or arrives damaged, you may initiate a return or exchange through our dedicated return portal within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Item Return:
Customers are responsible for returning the item to receive a refund or exchange. The return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.Restocking Fees:
There are no restocking fees for returned items.Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 2 working days after the returned item is received and the return shipping tracking number is provided.Before initiating a return, please ensure that the item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags attached. Our return processing team will inspect the item before approving the refund or exchange. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.
Reporting Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please report the issue within 3 days of delivery so we can promptly resolve the matter.
For Incorrect Sizes:
- Make a request to the customer service team for a size change within 3 days after the arrival of your ordered product.
- Email us few images of the jacket within three days, if the size is not as per your ordered size, and you will get an exchange/return for your jacket. (Conditions Applied)
- No product, color, and measurement changes after 24 hours of your order placement.
- To restrict ideally the practice of generation of a resale value and return the product in case there is no sale and ordering different products for trial and selecting only one, no return/exchange will be issued for the customer ordering more than two similar products at a single time.
Order Cancellation
- Canceling Within 3 days of your order confirmation will result in a direct/flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item amount.
- However, canceling the order in a week or 7 days of order confirmation, there will be 45% deduction from the ordered item amount.
- No order cancellation, after 7 days of your order confirmation.
Damage Product
- In the case of product damage during shipment, email us images of the product describing the nature of the damage, within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Delay & Delivery
- If the delay in delivery exceeds 29 working days from the time of order confirmation, customer confirmation, and payment gateway confirmation. Refunds may be carried out.
- Further, if by express shipment the consignment does not arrive within 06 working days after shipping, you may ask us for an order tracking code. If we cannot prove that the consignment was really dispatched to you, we will initiate a full refund including the shipment charges. All deduction Charges vary if the customer wants to return a product (Condition Apply)
Credit Card Purchase.
- The Item purchase by Credit card and do not want to proceed please email within 48 hours after placing the order.
- If some order on you behave or without your permission, then the customer (either the purchaser or credit card owner can cancel it within 48 hours. (Once the order is delivered and the credit card holder refunded to take it, then it is a cardholder and customer issue which they have to resolve by themselves. The company is not liable for this issue. Furthermore, the 30 Days return policy applies if they want to return it.
